If you are on the fence as to which hosting provider is better then you need to look no further. Having hosted this site on Dreamhost for the last 3 years I decided to move my hosting to SiteGround as I was facing considerable downtimes and slow server response times with Dreamhost.

The graph below shows the moment I moved from Dreamhost to SiteGround. I have since had 100% uptime and my response times have gone from 3 seconds on average to under 1 second. I am currently in the process of moving all my sites away from Dreamhost.

This is a step by step guide on how to connect your Dreamhost domain domain to clickfunnel.

The first step is to login to Dreamhost and find the domain that you want to add the CNAME record to.

Click “Domains” in the side menu. Then click “manage my domains”.

You will now see the list of domains currently in your Dreamhost account.

You will want to make sure that the domain is set to “DNS Only”. I have an example image below. The top domains is “DNS only” which is great. The bottom domain isn’t so in this case you will want to click “edit” and make it set to “DNS only”.

Once you have ensured that you’re set to “DNS Only”, you’ll want to click “DNS” right below where it lists your domain name. Example below.

Once the screen loads, just put www and then the target.clickfunnels.com text into the “value” field. Please ensure “CNAME” is selected in the dropdown box.

All done. Have a great day.

If you have just opened a new Dreamhost webmail address and wondering where the spam, sent, and old messages folders have gone, then this tutorial is for you.

Navigate to your settings>>Folders and enable the Drafts, Sent, Spam, and Trash just like the image below.

If you are not seeing other folders it means that you will have to contact Dreamhost support.

This is what was happening to me and after checking in with support they were able to fix it.

Hope this quick tutorial helps.

When you log into Google search console and add a new domain. The first and only choice Google Search Console will give you is a TXT record for you to add as a DNS entry. I will guide you on how to do this in Dreamhost.

Make sure you click “copy” like the example below.

Log into your Dreamhost account. Select “manage domains”, and click “DNS” on the domain in question.

Paste the TXT record in the TXT value like the example below.

That’s it. You are now done.

When you log back into Google Search console and click the verify button. You should see this message below. Do note. It took me about 45 mins for the domain ownership to go through. Don’t panic if it isn’t working for you right away. With Dreamhost it can take a while for the txt domain ownership to go through.
